New annotation system ✏️

• The ‘Annotate Image’ tab has been improved and repaired to allow multiple annotators to annotate the same dataset at the same time, without duplicates or annotation problems!

• When annotating from the gallery, a Save button has been added for data stability reasons, but also to make the experience better and be sure the annotation has been taken into account!

• Small bugs in navigation, operation, and roles have also been fixed in the gallery section.

Two endpoints have been created to monitor annotation performance.

• The first allows users to retrieve global statistics over a period, reserved for supervisors.

• The second allows annotators to view their personal statistics
