Configure work order types for your application tasks by creating and adding tags to your tasks. Ask your Customer Success Manager to make this configuration.
When creating your work orders, add the work_order_types field in the API request to automatically filter the corresponding tasks for this work order. These tasks will then no longer be displayed or returned to the field user.
