Roles and teams
The Deepomatic platform user management is based on predefined user roles list. These roles have a defined list of permissions to support their functions.
Beyond the three global roles, Org Admin , Project manager and ReadOnly, the roles can be segregated among the different parts of the platforms :
AI and configuration (Drive)
Business operations (Engage)
The business and operation platform roles can be restricted to Operations Teams in order to segregate the data between the users of each team.
The global roles
Org Admin
The admin of the organization, he has all rights and accesses on the organization.
All access and rights on the configuration part and the operations and review part.
Project manager
He has the same rights as the organization admin but he cannot invite other users and manage teams.
Same rights as the org admin, except teams and user management
ReadOnly
All read access
All read access
The AI and app configuration roles (drive)
Data scientist
The data scientist is responsible for training, configuring and deploying AI apps.
Read, write, delete : - datasets - annotations - image and models - models - applications - deployments - AI Reviews
Auditor
The auditor is responsible for auditing the AI performance.
Read, write and delete - datasets - image and concepts models - annotations - reviews
Annotator
The annotator is responsible for annotating the images.
Read : - datasets - image and concepts models Read, write and delete annotations
GalleryViewer
Can view the training related data.

The business platform roles
At organization level
At organization level, the roles permissions extend to all the work-orders of an organization even when they are attached to a specific team.
Operation project manager
The operation project manager is responsible for the business operations. He has all the access related to the business operations and he can also : - view the application configuration - Invite and manage the business users and teams
Read application Manage team and users with business roles Read, write, delete work-orders Use mobile app
Operator Manager (supervisor)
The operator manager is a supervisor. He has all access related to the business operations. He cannot : - view the application configuration - Invite and manage the business users and teams
Read, write, delete work-orders He can use the mobile app
Operator (Quality analyst)
The operator is a quality analyst. He is responsible for reviewing the jobs from the back-office.
Read, write work-orders From the back-office Only
Field engineer
The field engineer is responsible for executing the work on the field and completing the work-orders.
Read, write work-orders From the mobile app only
At team level
At team level, the roles permissions extend to all the work-orders attached to their teams only.
Team Admin
(Operation team admin)
The operation team admin is responsible for the business operations within his assigned teams. He can invite and manage the business users within his teams

Team Operator Manager (supervisor)
The team operator manager is a supervisor. He has all access related ot the business operations.
Within his team : Read, write, delete work-orders He can use the mobile app
Team Operator (Quality analyst)

Team Field engineer
